I’ve been specializing in accounting and tax preparation services for individuals, small and large businesses, partnerships, estates and trusts, nonprofits, including tax advisory services and transaction-based accounting for 30 years.  My career has been with a worldwide accounting firm - Deloitte for seven years at start of my career and large regional firms thereafter.

 

I have advised clients on many different transactions including individual life changes, estate and trust, entity structure, IRS representation, entity and individual multi-state income and franchise taxes, sales tax, and payroll.
